Reinforce — Session Tracking
These terms are between you (the customer completing checkout) and Live Large Care LLC ("we," "us"). By completing payment, you agree to them.
This is a one-time fee for onboarding setup and the device(s) selected at checkout. Ongoing access to the Reinforce software (session tracking and note generation) is a separate monthly subscription, billed separately.
The one-time onboarding and device fee shown at checkout, charged today. The monthly software subscription is separate and begins when onboarding begins.
Onboarding begins within 3 weeks of the date payment is completed.
The device(s) stay ours. Return them within 7 days if you cancel. You cover loss or real damage, not normal wear.
You get a full refund if onboarding does not begin within 3 weeks of payment, if we don't deliver the software or devices, or if you cancel before onboarding begins.
Your data is yours. We won't sell it or use it for anything but running the service. We'll delete it on request if you leave. Where client or patient data is involved, a Business Associate Agreement (HIPAA) will be signed separately.
Either side can cancel anytime with 7 days' notice.
This is an early-stage product, provided "as is." Our total liability won't exceed the total amount you've paid us.
